You are invited to join Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center for our most significant fundraising event of the year—our gala, In Lak’ech: Building Community, Rights, and Belonging.
Rooted in Mayan tradition, In Lak’ech means “you are my other me.”
It reflects the deep truth that our humanity is intertwined, that when we honor one another, we strengthen the bonds of community, uphold our shared rights, and create spaces where everyone belongs.
On this special evening, we invite you to join us in celebrating the resilience, leadership, and cultural richness of the immigrant and BIPOC communities we serve. Together, we will lift up stories of courage, reflect on our collective achievements, and strengthen the movement for a future where all of us thrive.
Your presence and generosity directly support KIAC’s work—from legal advocacy to community programs that provide health care, housing support, youth engagement, and economic opportunity.
