Empowering Female Veterans started with a small group of volunteers who wanted to help Female Veterans in the Central Virginia region connect to other Female Veterans and services offered. Sponsored by American Legion Post 16 in Lynchburg, Virginia, and with new Female Veteran and Ladies' Auxillary volunteers, EFV wants to bring more events, activities, and connections to Female Veterans in our area and beyond.
