Join us for our Annual Easter Festival at Russellville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.Bring the whole family out for an afternoon of Easter fun with an Easter egg hunt, pony rides, a petting zoo, bounce houses, a train ride, carnival ride, snow cone truck, and coffee truck.
