EVENT CHECK-IN TIME FOR EGG HUNT: BEFORE 1:00PM to participate.
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EGG HUNT, YOU MUST BE ON TIME.
(The Egg hunt Starts at approximately 2:00 pm)
Regular Park Day is from 1:00PM - whenever
EVENT COST: Free, (HOWEVER, to participate in the hunt, you will need to REGISTER and bring filled, PLASTIC Easter Eggs...No paper, cardboard or paper mâché eggs). ★Please read the VERY SPECIFIC EVENT DESCRIPTION below, on what to bring.

March's Sponsored Park Day is sponsored by

Please come to Park Day and enjoy time with other families. We will be having an Easter Egg hunt and crafts for the kids – age does not matter!!
This will be a fun time for all.
★In the past families have brought, food, snacks, treats etc...to share. This is welcome but is not required.
WHAT TO BRING
★ Please bring: 1 dozen (12) FILLED PLASTIC EGGS per participating child. (Fill with candy, stickers, small toys, etc.}. (Metal refillable, 2-part eggs will be accepted, as long as they can be easily opened and closed).
★Please bring: Something for your child to gather eggs in. (Plastic bag, bucket, basket etc...)
WHAT TO KNOW
★PLEASE tape the edges of the eggs to prevent opening.
★Your eggs are not specific to your child. They will be mixed with all the other eggs.
★PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY SO WE MAY PREPARE THE EGGS (before 1:00PM)
(Due to the way this hunt is set up, you must arrive at least 45 minutes BEFORE the hunt starts, in order for your child to participate). TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EGG HUNT, YOU MUST BE ON TIME
What NOT to bring
★DO NOT bring eggs with glitter on the outside.
★DO NOT bring paper, cardboard or paper mâché eggs.
★DO NOT bring CHALK EGGS
★DO NOT brings eggs with CHOCOLATE, (due to melting issues), even if it has been frozen. We have had problems with it in the past and it always melts inside of the eggs.
★DO NOT substitute, (for the plastic eggs), Easter trinket boxes, bubble bottles (unless it in INSIDE of the egg), etc. or anything else, that is not a filled PLASTIC easter egg

The Event Listing may be "publicly" viewable; HOWEVER, the event is only for HOMESCHOOL students in the 12th grade and below.
Our events are NOT "Drop-off" events and are for homeschool students in the 12th grade and below. Parents/guardians must accompany all minors. We do not offer an "Adult Only" option for our Events.

Many of our events occur in PUBLIC, and as such, Excellence in Education Academy has NO control over who is being photographed/filmed.
By signing up and attending a field trip/event, you UNDERSTAND and AGREE that there is a possibility that you, or a member of your family or group, may have their photo/video taken at the event by others present, AND as such that image may be viewed in public.

★IN GENERAL...NO ANIMALS-PETS ARE ALLOWED AT/ON EVENTS/FIELD TRIPS!
ONLY CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED.

★FOR EVENTS WHERE GAMES ARE PLAYED: We ask that you only bring games that are appropriate for ALL age groups to see/hear.
"Mature or Adult" themed games, (Card, board etc.) are NOT permitted at Park Day.
