The Town of East Hartford welcomes you to attend our annual Donate Life Flag Raising ceremony on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Town Hall lawn (740 Main St). The event will start promptly at 12:00 PM and all are welcome to attend. Every year, the Town of East Hartford gathers to raise the flag in honor of all organ, tissue and eye donors. This event in held in April which is National Donate Life Month.
Attending our event this year will be living donors, recipients, and Mayor Connor Martin, as well as special guests from the community and the medical community. With over 103,000 individuals currently on the transplant list in the United States, we see the great value in spreading awareness and knowledge regarding donations.
