This Year's Awards:
✨ The Beacon Award: Recognizes an agency staff member who goes above and beyond to support individuals living with mental health or substance use challenges. This award symbolizes guidance, hope, and leadership—someone who lights the way for others through difficult times.
🛡️ The Guardian Award: Honors a first responder (law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, etc.) who demonstrates exceptional dedication and compassion in serving individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
🔥 The Phoenix Award: Celebrates an individual with lived experience who has shown remarkable resilience and commitment to recovery from mental health challenges and/or substance use disorder. This award symbolizes rebirth, resilience, and rising from adversity.
(Note: Awardees will be selected through a blind review process. To ensure anonymity, all nominee and nominator names will be completely redacted before our panel evaluates the submissions.)
