Whether you are a returning dancer or a first timer (we love newcomers!), we welcome you with warmth and joy for a music-filled dance retreat in the woods on the shore of beautiful Hood Canal.
Dance camp runs Thursday evening through midday Sunday offering 25 concurrent workshops over four days and social dancing every evening, including the live music of Ron Bailey and the Tangents (Friday) and the JerKels (Saturday).
This year’s instructors are Janice Eklund, Jodi Fleischman, Ari Levitt, Dean Paton, and the dynamic duos of Wren Newman/Scot McKay and Lauren Smith/Peter Flahiff.
Flow through a weekend of dance and music to a wide variety of dances: Balboa, Blues, Cha-Cha, Country Cha-Cha, Country Two-Step, Lindy, Rumba, Shim Sham, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Cross-Step Waltz, and Latin Waltz.
Learn how to meld dance styles, such as Bachata/Merengue, One-Step/Foxtrot, and Tango/Nightclub Two-Step.
Enhance your dancing with specialty workshops that focus on body movement/isolations and pivots that are a part of so many dances.
Early registration is only $280 for all workshops and dances over four days. Lodging and meal packages offer a range of accommodations — because we have the entire Seabeck Conference Center booked for this event!
