The first Annual Chenango County Billiards Championships.
This will be a yearly tournament for Chenango County players only.
$55 $50 towards the pot $5 table time.
This will be a Singles Masters format race to 7.
There will be 7 racks of 8-ball and 6 racks of 9-ball.
Modified Single Elimination.
Modified BCA rules, call your pocket.
8-ball on snap wins. (APA rule)
8-ball pocket must be marked.
9-ball on snap wins.
9-ball doesn't have to be marked.
Winner of the lag breaks and winner of each rack breaks.
Jump Cues will be allowed.
There will be 2 divisions of play.
High tier Fargo rating 400+ or APA SL 5-7(8-ball) APA 6-9(9-ball)
LOW Tier Fargo rating 399 and under and APA SL 4 (8-ball) 5 (9-ball) and below.
In the event someone is a SL 4/5 and below and a 400+ Fargo I will base their tier on Fargo vs APA SL.
This will be 100% payout winners will get a trophy and cash payout.
There will be a Stanley Cup style trophy that stays at the Norwich American Legion that has name plates that have the winners Name and Year they won.
