• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTIES
• Catalog descriptions are guides only; accuracy not guaranteed
• Bidder is responsible for inspection prior to bidding
• Announcements day of sale supersede all prior advertising
• Auctioneer and clerk records are final
Buyer’s Premium
• 10% on items $5,000 and under (per item)
• $500 flat fee on items $5,001 and above (per item)
• Additional 3% Internet Buyer’s Premium per item
Sales Tax
• 6% Maryland Sales Tax collected unless valid exemption is provided

Title Policy
• $35 handling fee per titled vehicle and/or trailer
Removal & Storage
• NO REMOVAL UNTIL PAID IN FULL
• Items must be removed within 3 days
• $25/day storage fee after 7 days
• Items abandoned after 14 days will be forfeited
• Buyer assumes all responsibility once purchased
• Loading assistance provided at buyer’s risk only
