What better way to enjoy the summer than a class right on the beach? We will work on kicks, punches, blocks, forms, self defense all right by the ocean.
We will meet at Nantasket Beach in Hull at 6:00 P.M. We will meet on the beach by the pavilion and Lucky Lemons.
This is open to all ages and rank students. Please wear your SSTKD t-shirts, shorts (no uniforms or belts please) and wear sneakers in case we go jogging.
No sign up for this class, just show up. And yes, you do get class credit for this class.
