Annual Awards Banquet & Holiday Party6:30 P.M. Socializing begins (Please do not be more than 10 minutes early.)
7:30 P.M. Dinner service (approximately)
Trophies, awards, officer installations, and “The Game” to follow dinner.
Plated Entrée Choices
• One of these three entrées. All served with garlic mashed potatoes and southern-style green beans.
• Char grilled rib-eye (12 oz) w/ onion straws – $67
• Grilled salmon w/ wild mushroom cream sauce – $55
• Herb grilled chicken breast with fresh basil pesto cream & sundried tomato tapenade – $50
Dessert Choices
• Flourless chocolate torte
• Bourbon pecan pie
• Key lime pie

• Each dinner includes two bar drinks, two soft drinks, tea, and coffee

Reservation Details
• Reservations are REQUIRED
• Reservation, entrée, & dessert selections by 10:00 P.M. Monday, November 24th

• All reservations will be confirmed. If you do not receive confirmation, follow up. Otherwise, you won’t have a meal or a place to sit.
• Payment at the door by check to SIR/SCCA or cash.
• Reservations may be cancelled until 10:00 P.M. Monday, December 2nd
o SIR will expect payment from those with reservations that do not attend.
