Get ready to flow to smooth, soulful tunes from the Bhakti Boyz while you move and groove around your yoga mat. $20 gets you a 1-hour all levels Hatha flow yoga class in the taproom taught by Shannon McElroy, live music from the Bhakti Boyz, and a beer/cider/seltzer or kombucha afterwards.
Shannon has been a yoga instructor in Charlottesville for over 15 years. She trained at the Charlottesville Yoga School and also teaches classes at ACAC.
