Mark your calendars and join us in celebrating the North Beach Art Gallery Anniversary Art Deco Centennial Exhibition on January 16th from 6-9 pm. This event will Celebrate the Official Centennial of the International Coalition of Art Deco Societies with an exhibition by Erté, the Father of Art Deco, and benefit North Beach Art and Charity Inc. 501C3. A local artists' meet and greet will be included with Brad Raker's soaring soulful vocals on this special occasion. Enjoy the iconic Era of Art Deco at North Beach Art Gallery at Galt Ocean Plaza, 3334 NE 34th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.
Gallery owner Brooke Trace, "We are pleased to present the celebration Art Deco Era with the Father of Art Deco, Erté Privately held collection of 146 Bronze Sculptures that captures the essence of this period of bold, glamorous, and innovative aesthetics! The local artists' meet and greet will be complemented by acclaimed entertainer Bard Raker." We are sharing this historical event marking the Art Deco Era. The International Coalition of Art Deco Societies will mark the 100th anniversary of the Art Deco movement, celebrating one of the most influential design styles of the 20th century. The Art Deco Centennial will honor the enduring legacy which debuted in Paris in 1925.
North Beach Art Gallery is excited to produce this special anniversary event for our community. Tickets are available for a $25 Door Donation, which includes two complimentary beverages and appetizers. Community businesses' donations support the Silent Auction. Finally, there is a 50/50 cash raffle fundraiser to benefit our advocacy for the arts.
Brad Raker, a distinguished musician and vocalist with worldwide acclaim, will be captivating with his performance. His soaring, soulful vocal style, and natural stage presence have won the hearts of crowds internationally and nationally. With extensive touring experience opening for acts like Van Halen, Cheap Trick, Joan Jett, Cyndi Lauper, and Robert Palmer (to name a few), as well as chart-topping original hits on Billboard, Dance Music Authority, and various radio stations worldwide, Brad is the definition of a Rock Star!
North Beach Art Gallery hosts an "Evening of Art & Charity" every Third Thursday monthly from 6-9 pm. Together, they are dedicated to community engagement through their seasonal monthly event, "An Evening of Art & Charity." This program supports the arts and promotes cultural enrichment in the community. The gallery has a long history of collaborating with non-profits, schools, and charities, raising thousands for important causes. North Beach Art and Charity 501C3 was established to expressly advocate for the arts in partnership with North Beach Art Gallery.
