Annika Skoogh delivers the second event in the Soul Divas series in the foyer of the Electric Palace in Bridport. Annika brings Latin heat, Nordic cool and serious vocal class. She'll perform an eclectic mix of jazz standards, Latin, Nordic jazz, contemporary tunes and some original compositions. Born in South America, raised in Sweden and now rooted in Exeter, she mixes swing, samba and soul with ease. She’s played major UK festivals, shared stages with Ellington legends and fronts sell-out bands. Now she’s here with her trio to bring a unique blend of Scandinavian charm and Latin flavour in a set packed with jazz standards, spicy grooves and her own tunes.
