Runners of all ages & abilities are invited to join us at the Annapolis Striders' first formal race of 2026, the Valentine's 5K, taking place on Saturday, February 14th, 2026 at Kinder Farm Park! This low-key, inexpensive event, great for beginners and experienced runners alike, follows a 3.1 mile loop around the park's gently rolling paved paths. Entry fees are just $10 for Annapolis Striders members or $15 for non-members if you sign up by February 11th! (If we don't reach our entrant limit, race day sign-ups will be available at $25 for all.) But wait-- Before you sign up, we hope you'll consider registering for our entire eight-race 2026 Annapolis Striders Championship Series, which includes entry in the Valentine's 5K, the first race of the series! Champ Series registration is just $50-- an absolute bargain for eight races. You must be an Annapolis Striders member to take advantage of this offer, but if you're not yet a member, we'd love for you to be a part of our non-profit, all-volunteer running club too! Regardless of which of the three Valentine's 5K registration options you choose, we hope to see you at Kinder Farm Park on February 14th! Please note that the race starts & finishes near the Garcelon Athletic Complex at the end of Gali Sanchez Way. When entering the park from Jumpers Hole Road, immediately turn left onto Gali Sanchez Way & continue toward the athletic fields where volunteers will direct you to parking. You do not need to drive to the entrance station & pay the park's vehicle entry fee.
