Tonight, ANKH will accompany you as an ancient ‘Key’ to open corridors along your life path. ANKH is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol meaning ‘life’ and as such, represents a key of sorts, to unlock some of your life’s inner mysteries.Each participant will choose a beautiful crystal ANKH as a tool to open doorways through the curated passageways of sound that escort your journey through this partially guided meditation. Which doors will your ANKH key open, and what insights will be revealed behind them? Join us on this journey to find out!
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, bolster, blanket, eye mask, and any other items to ensure your comfort. Chairs are available for those who prefer them. Water is also suggested.
