IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO NOTE:

• Participants must have a VALID Animethon 2026 pass to participate in this Meet & Greet
• Only 1 ticket can be purchased per participant
• Tickets are both non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Meet & Greet ticket transfers and/or proxy buying are NOT permitted. (Example: Buyer name and pick-up name not matching)
• Controversial topics are not allowed during the Meet & Greet, including, but not limited to: politics, religion, foreign relations, private topics, other vTuber agencies, etc.
• Staff reserves the right to verify badge ownership and participant eligibility.
• Staff reserves the right to deny or terminate any Meet & Greet session without refund for violations of event policies or disruptive behavior.
• Failure to attend the Meet & Greet at the assigned time, including late arrival after the participant's allotted session has passed, will result in forfeiture of the Meet & Greet opportunity. No refunds, rescheduling, transfers, or replacement sessions will be provided.
