Pulaski County Public Library presents our very first Anime Con! please be gentle with us during this first go around haha.We love to bring you all fun and mostly free activities and experiences. (Library provided items will be free, vendors will have their own transaction processes.)
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Costume contests for ALL AGES.
