This workshop is the first step for all students who are new or newer to Animal Flow! We'll break down the base positions, traveling forms, and introduce most of the Level 1 switches and transitions, as well as the Form Specific Stretches. Then we'll play with putting the movements together into a flow - the most fun part!You won't need a mat for this practice, but expect to work hard! Upon completion of this workshop, you're welcome to drop into any of our regularly scheduled Animal Flow classes.
