Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a ground-based, quadrupedal movement practice designed to improve strength, power, mobility, and coordination--accessible to all levels. Each class is taught with both easier and more challenging versions, so that you can build strength and confidence at your own pace while still enjoying the group movement experience.

This introductory class series gets you moving with your hands on the floor, teaching you how to carry, support, and express your body weight with a creative sequence of poses and transitions that flow together in intriguing ways.It looks like a cross between yoga, breakdancing, and capoeira, and it feels like a warrior dance. It is a playful, challenging, and deeply satisfying movement practice--come join me and create amazing flows in synchrony with new friends.
