Join us in beautiful Governors Bay for a deeply nourishing winter workshop with Sonya Yates and Celia Kennedy. This workshop provides an opportunity to consciously leave behind what you no longer wish to carry and open to that which you do!
Sonya Yates is a medium and a channel for the Council of Light - providing beautiful and insightful messages from her spirit guides. Celia brings her years of experience as a Pascha Therapist and meditation facilitator.
The day will unfold with guided meditations, oracle card-reading, music and poetry to gently open your heart to your own inner wisdom.
Bring a small cushion to sit on, a rug and your journal.
A nourishing light lunch will be provided.
