Belfast-born songwriter and poet Andy White makes a welcome return to the Ironwood Stage on July 5 to launch his 'live at Abbey Road’ album 'The night is approaching though some would say it was
morning'.
Since debuting at the Folk Festival in 1998 Andy has performed many times in Calgary, both solo and as one half of folk super-duo, Fearing & White. At the Ironwood, Andy's set will also feature tracks form previous albums 'Good Luck I Hope You Make It' and ‘This garden is only temporary’, both of which were mixed at Studio D in Calgary by Steve Dierkens and feature Kent Macrae on drums, along with other favourites from
his catalogue.
