What is this all about?
The Andy Bolton Deadlift Challenge, hosted by the man himself, is run by the A/BPU and it will be Emma and Kalle Ylitalo-James running this meet for the Andy Bolton team.
This is an open competition as well as being an A/BPU qualifier for the A/BPU British Single Lifts Championsips 2026, which is the only gateway to the AWPC World Championships 2026 in Manchester and WPC World Championships in the USA.
Is this a qualifying competition for the A/BPU British?
Now – if you want to qualify for the British, then you need to be an A/BPU member and if you want to take A/BPU British Records then you need to be an A/BPU member. Otherwise, you can enter without a membership as an open lifter. Our members will be competing against other non-member competitiors for the Deadlift Challenge winners prizes and medals.
Your Opportunity
This is your opportunity to compete at the one and ONLY competition hosted by Andy who will be there on hand and YOU get be on his platform, the first man to ever reach 1000lbs as well as being a phenominal all round lifter.
A special competition with my very long time friend Andy Bolton and a very fun day. The are under WPC/A/BPU so please enure you know the rules accoridngly.
