Androscoggin Land Trust Annual Meeting

Come celebrate the outdoors, introduce a young person to something new, and help us continue creating opportunities for the next generation to connect with nature.
Join the Androscoggin Land Trust for our Annual Meeting on November 17 at Bates Mill in Lewiston for an evening celebrating the connections between young people, nature, and the outdoors.
This year’s theme, Connecting Youth with Nature, will come to life through an exciting presentation and hands-on experience with Mr. Drew and his animal ambassadors. Mr. Drew will introduce guests to some of his animal friends and share stories that help bring the natural world to life. It will be an engaging experience for kids and adults alike; a great opportunity to spark curiosity about the wildlife and wild places right here in Maine.
We’ll also celebrate our Youth Hunting and Fishing License Giveaway, inspired by our Backwoods Bash and our belief in helping young people build meaningful connections with the outdoors. The giveaway supports the idea of a “Right to Feed Yourself”— encouraging youth to learn traditional outdoor skills, experience Maine’s lands and waters, and develop a lifelong appreciation for conservation and stewardship.
The evening will include our annual meeting, updates from the Androscoggin Land Trust, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow conservation supporters.
