Join us for a true celebration of Ukrainian winter evenings! This is a night when young people traditionally gathered to joke, tell fortunes, sing, dance, and compete in fun contests. We’ve combined the best folk traditions with a modern twist, lively music, entertaining competitions, and delicious Ukrainian cuisine.

A generous Cossack table awaits you, featuring:

• Appetizers: pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, marinated peppers, olives, and mozzarella-tomato bites
• Salads: hunter’s salad, crab salad, and fresh vegetable salad
• Main dishes: buckwheat with fried onions and mushroom gravy, mini stuffed cabbage rolls, potato pancakes
• Sandwiches: red and zucchini caviar spreads and smoked lard
• A wide variety of canapés
• Meat and cheese platters
• Desserts: nut treats with condensed milk, wafer cake, Napoleon cake, Medivnyk, and Monastery House cake

Enjoy free tastings of various fruit liqueurs and a cash bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the evening.

An incredible photo zone designed by Ulyana Sakhno from Montreal will combine four themed sections, creating a festive backdrop for memorable photos.

• Wax fortune-telling workshop with the charming Soloha (Anna Pientsova)
• Fun contests between girls and boys - musical, dance, and creative challenges
• A gift for every guest - a handmade protective candle made of natural beeswax
• Traditional kalita biting and many surprises from the organizers
• Musical performances and lively karaoke
• Music and dancing until midnight, with a fiery DJ set by Mykhaylo Pavlov (DYKTORPAVLOV)

Throughout the evening, there will be a 50/50 raffle, with half of the collected funds awarded as a cash prize to one lucky guest. Gift baskets from sponsors and partners will also be raffled.
