About this Event

The fourth annual Andrew Bowman Memorial Pickleball Tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 11 at 12 p.m. in commemoration of Andy's birthday (7/14) and to raise both funds and awareness for Ewing Sarcoma.

Teams will be guaranteed 3 games in pool play before moving on to single-elimination brackets to reach the championship round. Whether you wish to actively participate in the tournament, in open play, or simply attend as a spectator, ample space will be provided. In addition to the tournament, a silent auction will be accessible to all attendees.

For teams registering to participate, a team fee of $150 is required, whereas individuals who do not wish to participate in tournament play can purchase individual "fan" tickets for $50. Net proceeds will be directed to the YelloWill Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for those affected by Ewing Sarcoma. YelloWill will contribute the money collected from this event to the Andrew Bowman Memorial Fund for Ewing Sarcoma, administered by the James Cancer Research Hospital.

We are excited to welcome back Andy’s oncologist, Dr. David Liebner, whose clinical specialization is in bone and soft tissue sarcoma. He will join us just prior to the start of play for a brief talk about the progress being made in the Ewing world and how our funds are helping the effort.

We welcome you to join us as we celebrate Andy's birthday in a manner that truly honors his spirit of competition and generosity. Let's Play!
