Gesa Power House Theatre welcomes Andrew Allen on Saturday, February 14, 2025 at 7 p.m. Andrew Allen, accomplished Canadian singer-songwriter, has left an indelible mark on the music industry with an impressive roster of achievements. Boasting five top-ten singles, including chart-toppers like “Loving You Tonight,” “I Wanna Be Your Christmas,” “What You Wanted,” “I Want You,” and “Favorite Christmas Song,” Andrew’s songwriting prowess is nothing short of exceptional. This show is sponsored by David W. & Anne Hull. This program is also supported, in part, by a grant from the Washington State Arts Commission and by Creative West which receives support in part from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
Beyond his solo success, Andrew has collaborated with industry giants, including co-writing with the likes of Meghan Trainor, Rachel Platten and Carly Rae Jepsen. His collaborations extend to the international stage too, with contributions to notable songs such as the Platinum #1 single “Seasons” by K-Pop Icon, Taeyeon, that resonated with audiences globally and the Quadruple Platinum Song “Ad Occhi Chiusi” by Italian Superstar Marco Mengoni. These two chart-toppers not only showcase Andrew’s versatility in working across languages and genres but also underscores his ability to contribute to the success of artists on a global scale.
His compositions have not only dominated the airwaves but have found a place in various media, with songs featured in popular TV shows, movies, and commercials. This creativity and ability to connect with audiences across different platforms further solidify Andrew Allen’s status as a sought-after artist in the entertainment industry. Andrew’s impact extends to the live stage, where he’s shared his talents with audiences worldwide. With his dynamic performances and engaging stage presence, he’s earned himself opportunities to tour with some of the biggest names in the music industry, sharing the stage with acts like Bruno Mars, One Republic, Train, Andy Grammer, and the Barenaked Ladies!
