Where and when to check in:
Front row guests: Starting 30 minutes before show time. Look for our rep near the large fountain in The Avenue area.
VIP guests: Starting 30 minutes before show time. Look for our rep at the entrance to the Isola Bella Champagne Bar.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. Email us the name and ticket/transaction number of the original buyer along with the name and contact email address of the guest who will attend. The guest should bring the original ticket to the event or have it on their phone.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, if possible, or have the tickets on your smartphone when you check in. Your name will also be on the guest list at the door.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that OK?
Yes. You can email us the name of the buyer and the name of the guest who will attend in case of any question, but it is not required.
Will I receive printed tickets?
The confirmation email from AllEvents will have your ticket attached which you should print and bring with you or have on your smartphone when you check in. If you do not see the email message with your tickets within 24 hours, check your Spam folder and if you still do not see it, email us and we will re-send it.
I would prefer not to pay online. Can I order tickets by mail?
Yes. Check payments must be received no later that 10 days before the event. We also accept payments by Zelle, CashApp, bank wire and Western Union. Please email us for details.
Is there a dress code for guests?
Dress code is elegant chic, "dress to impress".
How early should I arrive to check in?
Check in starts 30 minutes before show time.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, but please be mindful of blocking the view of other guests.
Are there group rates or discounts?
