Andrea Piccioni – tamburello seminarFR/ De quoi ai-je besoin pour entendre et utiliser le tambourin au mieux de mes capacités et de ses capacités ? Comment construire “ma” technique et “mon” son ? Comment puis-je utiliser mon esprit et mon corps pour transcender la technique et “devenir” le son ? Nous répondrons à ces questions et à d’autres grâce à ma méthode de tambourin : une pratique consciente et structurée à travers un système simple et facilement reproductible.
Chaque musicien de tous les niveaux aura l’occasion de trouver “ses” réponses et des stimuli à son parcours évolutif : artistique et humain.
Je recommande des vêtements confortables, nécessaires pour prendre des notes, un tambourin entre 25 et 45 cm, de préférence des petits sonnettes et sans aucun type de poignée ou de poignée sur le cadre. Les enregistrements audio et vidéo sont les bienvenus, et seront organisés à la fin des cours comme résumé.

EN/ The objective of the course is the development of 360 degrees, according to the principles developed by Andrea over the years through a careful study of posture and the relationship between mind-body-instrument. Through specific exercises and compositions we will learn how to use the instrument in any musical genre, from jazz to world music to baroque and renaissance music, without forgetting its use in the vast and unknown world of traditional Italian music. A course for all those who want to expand their skills and knowledge on this extraordinary instrument, a real portable full drums-set !
About Andrea Piccioni
Andrea Piccioni, a native of Rome, is a master performer on frame drums—single-headed drums, sometimes with jingles, played with the hands rather than with sticks. After mastering the Italian tamburello, Andrea studied frame drum rhythms and performance techniques from the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia, he has crossed with his style the boundaries of jazz, world, and early music. He is touring worldwide with artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Paul McCandless, Gianluigi Trovesi, Basel Rajoub, Luciano Biondini, Manfred Leuchter, Lucilla Galeazzi, Les Haulz et les Bas, Caitrìona O’Leary, Donàl Lunny and Wu Man. In parallel he’s a popular teacher at major festivals, universities and conservatories around the world as well. Andrea published DVDs and books dealing with the Italian frame drums and rhythm language.
