Two Days of World-Class Brass & German Festivities!
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of live brass band music, mouthwatering German food, and festival fun! Hosted by Iowa Brass, the Wurst Brass Festival runs alongside Amana’s famous Wurst Festival, bringing together top brass bands from across the nation for an electrifying celebration.
Friday, June 19 (6pm - ??pm) – Wurst Friday March Music Competition (FREE!)
Inspired by the UK’s legendary Whit Friday tradition.
Bands perform at multiple outdoor venues in Amana (Festhalle Barn, Market Barn, Millstream Brewing Co.).
Judges assess each performance and award scores based on their evaluations.
Saturday, June 20 – Wurst Brass Festival 🎟️ ($7 Admission)
Festhalle Barn Stage (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM) – British-style brass bands perform all day
🎤 Special Guest Emcee: Justin Roberts!
Millstream Brewing Co. Stage (10:00 AM – 5:30 PM) – Smaller ensembles
