Today many people are trying to restore their balance with nature and with themselves. People are turning to natural foods and natural healing, and there is a greater back to the land movement. The medicine wheel is a magic circle that encompasses all of the world. The purpose of the medicine wheel and its elements is to help you discover the wonder of knowing about yourself, what you know as well as lessons and challenges in connection with the earth.
Today we tend to see the minerals, the plants and the animals as servants of man. We have forgotten that they can be our teachers as well. Plants are an integral part of the wisdom of the medicine wheel.
In our time together, we will use the flower essence associated with Wabun, the spirit keeper of the east to journey into ourselves and discover what the great mother has to share with us for the spring season. Please note that this is a flower essence journey, not a plant medicine journey.
Flower essences are water/alcohol based tinctures that carry the energetic properties of the flower that it was made from.
