"Envisioning and tending to the ember of our internal spark is one of the most important antidotes to consciously aligning our outward self with our inner truth." ~ KyleeWould you like to begin 2025 in a clear state with intentionality and purpose? Embracing the New Year is an opportunity to start fresh even with old stuff. It's a time of initiating another collective circle around the sun together along with igniting personal aspirations and wise beginnings that create a trajectory for one's journey throughout the year.
You are invited to gather in the yurt in the woods, surrounded by nature’s embrace, to envision what you would like to welcome, cultivate, and spark in your life.
This process does not happen overnight, however there is a true magical spark within us, especially this time of year, that feels inspired 'to change and be changed, to seek and be found, and to live our heart’s purpose.’
We Will Tend the Spark Within By:
~ 'Burning the grump'! we will use the powerful element of fire
to help disintegrate our 'old stuff'
~ Cultivating presence through embodiment practice; breath,
movement, guided meditation, and sound (no experience
necessary/all levels)
~ Meaning making and connection with our aspirations, values,
decisions, and perceived limitations. Some neuroscience in
action here to move toward the 'how'
~ Creating personal 'medicine boxes' that will encourage
symbolic support, self-accountability, and new neural
pathways. It’s like a vision board, but it will be a sacred
container when we are done.
~ Being and sharing with other incredible humans as we
celebrate and give thanks for the opportunity to move forward
in life.
$59 Cost includes:
Boxes, art supplies, and snacks. You are welcome to bring a special box and other inspiring materials that have meaning for you.
*This is the time of year when we can feel isolated during our winter contemplations. Bring a friend to help uplift and spark each other as we move forward into a new cycle.
