Tuolumne County District 4 Supervisor, Steve Griefer, said he would debate "anyone, anytime, anywhere" on any topic "in honor of Charlie" because open dialog is the best "weapon we have against evil".
Following actions by Supervisor Griefer that I found profoundly problematic - collaborating with a known racist, and smearing a private citizen on his personal Facebook profile with what I believe to be patently inaccurate allegations - I took Griefer up on his debate offer and asked him for dates and times he was available. It's now been over a month and he has yet to offer a single date.
Rather than waiting, I am giving him 3 months to arrange his schedule so he can "honor Charlie Kirk" by debating me on the topic of American "greatness".
