"We the People" Postcarding Event

POSTCARD EVENT IN SUPPORT OF THE CONSTITUTION

(ARTICLE VI, 4,5,14)

Come mingle with a bunch of concerned citizens over good food, and great conversation. And send your thoughts to your representatives and senators.

We the People need to remind our elected officials:

Article VI – binds all government officials (federal and state) to uphold the Constitution and its limits.

4th Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures and requires warrants based on probable cause issued by a judge. ICE agents, as federal officers, are equally bound by these limits.

5th Amendment guarantees no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process.

14th Amendment extends this protection to all persons within the United States—citizen or not.
