About this Event

On Wednesdays, we take on the iconic Culver City Stairs for an intense, full-body stair-climbing session that pushes every muscle, boosts cardiovascular health, and strengthens our group’s bond through shared grit and determination.

-- Incorporating stair climbing into your fitness routine can contribute to improved physical fitness, strength, and overall well-being. A stairs workout offers several benefits for physical fitness and overall health:

• CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH: Climbing stairs is an excellent aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate up, improving cardiovascular health, increasing stamina, and boosting overall endurance.
