Forgetting why you entered a room? It’s not you, it’s hormones! Join our workshop to understand your brain and learn strategies to help!
About this Event

Have you ever walked into a room and completely forgotten why you are there? Or opened your calendar only to realize you completely blanked on an appointment? You are not losing your mind—you are just navigating the normal, hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Estrogen plays a massive role in how our brain manages time, working memory, and focus. When those hormone levels fluctuate, our executive functions can take a temporary backseat. Join us on Spet 28th 6pm-7:30pm for a warm, supportive, and lighthearted in-person session designed specifically for women who want to understand their changing brains and reclaim their daily flow. You will laugh, connect with other women experiencing the exact same things, and walk away with a personalized toolbox of practical executive function strategies.

This session is led by Kiersten Meyers, M.Ed., founder of Unlocking Pathways, LLC. As a nationally Certified Executive Function & ADHD Coach with a BA in Psychology, Kiersten draws on over 25 years of specialized experience in cognitive support, disability services, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices—combining deep expertise with a warm, practical, and approachable coaching style.
