- Please arrive at 10am to complete required paperwork (Liability Form & Medical Release Forms)
- Scuba Gear Included (Fins, Mask, Snorkel, Weights, BCD, Tank & Reg)
- Please Bring change of Clothes & Towel
- Eat a healthy balanced breakfast / Bring Hydration
- Drink plenty of Water prior to class
