Deano always admired Phil Collins from his early years as a drummer with Genesis but it was when Phil's solo career became successful when Deano started to put a few of Phil's biggest hits in his setlist including; "Another Day In Paradise & "Against All Odds". Soon after he started to receive regular feedback from his audience saying how vocally similar to Phil Collins he sounds.
This in mind he recorded himself singing Phil's songs and decided to work on the tone and style a little to see just how close his voice really was to Phils. Everything natural was there so he started watching as many DVDs of Phil's tours until he felt he could do justice as a tribute artiste celebrating the music of Phil Collins & Genesis.
As more and more demand for his tribute show started coming in, he became confident in believing he really does capture the essence of Phil's vocals and live performance.
Deano is now recognised as a world renowned Phil Collins tribute act & sound-a-like impersonator.
