Join author Jaclyn Youhana Garver at Dream Palace Books & Coffee for a discussion of her debut novel, “Then, Again.”
This contemporary fiction novel tells the story of Asha, a thirtysomething Midwesterner who, in early pages of the story, has to google, “Are you allowed to date when your husband is in a coma?” As Asha navigates her emotional journey, she reconnects with her first love in a tale that explores love, loss, friendship, and the power of memory to guide us through life's most challenging moments.
Jaclyn will be in conversation with Leah Lederman, poet, author, essayist, and the executive director of the Midwest Writers Workshop. The event is also put on in conjunction with the Heartland Society of Women Writers.
