When we read the title of this day of teachings we might ask “How can there be two truths? Something is either true or it is false isn’t that the case?”

 To help us determine the answer to that important question the Buddha gave us all a tough challenge: Examine our daily experience to see if we can determine what is genuinely true.

 The Buddha taught according to the two truths ultimate and conventional. For us to function effectively and compassionately in the world an understanding of both truths is essential. Join Lama Pema for an exploration of these truths and how they support the development of an awakened heart.
