THE RESET

A three-day education experience centered around hair, taste, content and creative identity.

Social media has given us access to more inspiration than ever, but it has also made it easier than ever to create like everyone else.

THE RESET is about stepping outside of that cycle and learning how to develop your own eye.

Rather than teaching you another haircut or formula to replicate, we'll explore the thinking behind the work: proportion, shape, styling, suitability and the references that influence the way we see hair. We'll look beyond the chair into fashion, history and subculture to understand not just how something is created, but why it works.

The goal isn't to leave cutting or creating like us; it's to become better at making decisions that feel like you.

DAY 1 — LOOK & LEARN SEMINAR

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 5 - 10 PM

The weekend begins with an evening seminar featuring four live models: two from Sheil, and two from Alan.

Through live haircutting and styling demonstrations, we'll break down our individual approaches to shape, proportion, suitability and the creative decisions behind each look.

The evening will also bring together barbers, stylists and creatives for conversation, networking and a different perspective on how we approach our work.

DAYS 2 & 3 — INTENSIVE WORKSHOP

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 10 AM - 6 PM

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 10 AM - 6 PM

Days 2 and 3 take those ideas deeper through a smaller, hands-on environment.

We'll explore haircutting and styling in greater depth, training the visual eye through fashion, history and subculture, and work through how those references can influence your own creative decisions rather than simply becoming something else to copy.

We'll also take the same thinking into content and personal branding, breaking down your current presence and helping you develop a content strategy based around your strengths, your aesthetic and the audience you want to attract.

You'll leave THE RESET with a stronger visual eye, a deeper understanding of your own creative identity and a content strategy built specifically around you.
