"The Leafless Page": A Symposium on bpNichol.ca and the Digital Archive

In 2009, the bpNichol.ca Digital Archive launched as a Drupal-based free digital archive, offering thousands of pages of bpNichol’s books, chapbooks, and ephemera to access and use without conditions, advertisements, or limits. Thousands of scholars, students, teachers, readers, and artists around the world make use of the archive every year. This year, we are releasing an expanded archive that has been ported over to the Islandora Open-Source Digital Asset Management platform. To commemorate the new archive and begin to imagine its future uses (and users), we are inviting all interested to gather at the Toronto Metropolitan University on Thursday 9 April 2026 for a one-day symposium of conversations and presentations.
