Based on the teachings of the great sages of ancient India, this 12wk course provides practical, methodical guidance for developing a solid meditation practice.
The 42 short videos closely follow a user-friendly guidebook “Meditation, A Journey of Exploration”, which begins with basic principles and proceeds, step by step, to more advanced topics and techniques.
A wide range of meditation techniques are explored, arranged in four categories:
1) Concentration
2) Observation
3) Contemplation
4) Devotion.
