About this Event

Join us for a free walking tour of downtown Fort Worth. This month we learn about the banks that built many of our beautiful downtown buildings.. some are gone, but many still remain. This tour is a great combination of history and architecture. Many familiar names in Fort Worth history were major players in Fort Worth banking.

Just make your reservations (space is limited) and come enjoy the 2-3 mile walk through downtown Fort Worth with lots of stops along the way. We start with complimentary breakfast burritos at the historic T&P Train Station on the patio next to Station & Vine (formerly The T&P Tavern) at 9:00 am. The monthly tours are given by knowledgeable guides who share a love of Fort Worth history.

Free parking at meters along W Lancaster Avenue or paid parking in the lot in front of The T&P building. Transportation directly to The T&P Station from Dallas, DFW Airport and mid-city transit stations is available via Trinity Metro.
