Kick off Ironman weekend with the opening reception of the "Swim. Bike. Run. Art." art show at The Art Hunger gallery in Downtown Redding from 5-8pm on Friday, August 16.
As thousands of athletes and visitors arrive in Redding from around the world for the Ironman competition, we'll be celebrating the creativity of our local arts community all weekend long.
This show is a group exhibition celebrating both athletes and artists. Inspired by the disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running, the show features original works exploring determination, resilience and the stunning North State landscapes that challenge and inspire.
So come browse original artwork, meet the artists, and experience a unique perspective on the energy and spirit of Ironman weekend.
Gallery Hours:
Friday: 4pm to 8pm
Saturday: 2pm to 6pm
Sunday: 2pm to 6pm
