BAAC is pleased to present “Southern Culture,” an exhibition by Glenda McCune, at the Gallery on Main (226 E Main St), August 19 - October 3, 2025.
McCune's passion for creating art depicts many components of Southern Culture, an "integral part of my upbringing, such as picking and chopping cotton, fishing, ironing, picking black berries, etc. Many of my paintings are inspired from photographs that I capture while traveling."
Please join us for a closing reception on Friday, October 3, from 5-7 p.m. with a brief artist talk at 6 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public.
