Presented by and benefiting the Japanese American Museum of San Jose and the Yu-Ai Kai Community Senior Center
Join us for an evening of relaxation and healing as you go on a sound journey.
Saturday, February 22, 2025, 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Doors open at 7:00. Sound bath begins at 7:15pm
Akiyama Wellness Center - Sakura Room
110 Jackson Street, San Jose
Cost: $30 donation per attendee
This event is a benefit. All donations received will go toward the Yu-Ai Kai Community Senior Center and the Japanese American Museum of San Jose.
Space is limited so sign up early!
Participants must bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for the sound bath, and are welcome to also bring pillows or bolsters as needed to lie comfortably on the floor for the duration of the journey.
It is also recommended that participants bring an eyemask/cover (for a more immersive experience) and water to hydrate.
If you are unable to lie down or prefer to sit for the sound bath portion, please indicate on the form below to reserve a chair.
