"Sangha, Silence & Stillness" - An online day of Zen practice

Dear friend!
You are warmly invited to join our next online Zen-Day:

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st

6:00am to 8:00pm EDT
This is a free offer, and all are welcome to practice with us.
Our day consists of four 2-hour long practice blocks, each containing three 30-min sitting periods with 15 min walking periods in between.

Different FMZC teachers will offer a talk during each of the practice periods.
Feel free to join for the entire day or for parts of it.

Practice periods:
6:00am - 8:00am
10:00am - 12:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
6:00pm - 8:00pm
