Join us at Unity of Port Richey on Wednesdays at 12 pm starting on March 4th for a gentle "Recovery in Motion" class with Kyle Poulsen. This class is suitable for all skill levels - beginner to advanced. Kyle's enthusiasm is contagious! You'll be inspired by this life affirming and health building class. Donations are lovingly accepted at the door for this event, yet not required.
About Kyle Poulsen:
Kyle Poulsen is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Kyle is dedicated to his own personal healing journey, inspiring and helping others achieve their health goals. Kyle teaches "Recovery in Motion" classes at treatment and healing centers. He has used this very method in his own recovery and well-being for over 5 years.
