"What we regard as ’emotion’ is often the habitual unfolding of old conditioned narratives playing out in ways which are not always helpful - often uncomfortable.
We may identify with states such as shame or worthlessness, or even label ourself or others as ’an angry person’, or some other ’type’.
Yet our true nature is neither solid nor fixed……. we are pure potential, so very much more than the limiting stories we might live by.
This 5 day dance, movement and meditation non-residential retreat gives us space, time and opportunity to dis-identify
from emotional responses that have become intertwined with old ingested repeated opinions, wherever they might have originated.
No prior experience of the 5Rhythms Revisited Series, nor of any practice, philosophy, dance or spiritual theory is necessary to participate;
all that is needed is curiosity, plus a desire and willingness to explore your own actual experience through movement, sensation, vibration and shared reflection.
Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace; no one is pushed and all are supported.
These 5 days are a shared enquiry as to how we might become more fluid, more free, more at peace. "
